Signs of new life
In the midst of this time, we went in for a regular check up for our new baby. Our baby is doing well (YooRan can tell you it is kicking often) and due late June. Our new baby is yet another miracle the Lord is performing here in Japan.

Our school has closed for this week and next. Teachers are assigning some work to students who can work at home with our emergency distance learning system in place.

Even after one week there is still a lot of uncertainty: blackouts are still scheduled, the situation at the power plant is still unresolved (but improving), trains are running a reduced schedule. While we are not in danger now, we are not out of danger yet. We are living in faith and thankful that you are praying for us.
